Who is Brian Lund?

Meet the man on the mission.

I’m Brian Lund, the creator and founder of Body Boost. I live in Salt Lake City, UT with my wife and 5 kids.  I use training and nutrition as tools to help YOU learn discipline. Which discipline is then applied to ALL AREAS to create a BETTER VERSION of life all around.


When I was nearing 40, I had very little energy, low testosterone levels, and had been getting heavier and heavier with each passing year.  I was a 29.8 on the BMI chart... .2 away from being categorized as OBESE. I was depressed, anxious, and disenchanted with life.


I had a visit with my doctor and he said something that still rings in my ear. He said “you may run into problems that can be avoided, if you do something about it now.”  That statement coupled with several other inclinations I had been having set me on an aggressive trajectory for change, and the changes I made resulted in something MIRACULOUS...


A RADICALLY IMPROVED LIFE ALL AROUND.


The first step for me was to get in shape and drop the excess weight, which is what I invite you to do by taking part in the Body Boost Challenge to lose 20 pounds.
